WHITE SAUCE
Melt: 2 tbs butter
Add & blend: 1 ½ - 2 tbs flour
Stir in slowly: 1 c milk
Cook & stir with a whisk until thick and smooth.
Cheese Sauce
Add: 1 c grated cheese
Season with: ½ tsp slat
1/8 tsp paprika
½ tsp dry mustard
Stir until melted.
