Apple Dip

1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese -soften

1/2 C. brown sugar

1/4 C. white sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla ( I use really good vanillan

1/2 or more pkg toffee bits (found by the chocolate chips)

(or you can get 2 Skor bars and smash and put in - each gives a little different flavor

Stuffed Mushrooms

STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Sauté:                     1/2 lb. sausage

                                1/4 c chopped onion

Remove from heat.

Add:                         8 oz cream cheese

                                1  tbs. Worcestershire sauce

                                1/4 tsp. garlic salt

                                drop of Tobasco

Clean:                      1 lb. large mushrooms

                                remove stems

Bake:                       350' F for 5-10 min.                                

on cookie sheet 

Pat dry. 

Fill.  

Bake 10-15 min. 

Filling is freezable.
