Stuffed Mushrooms

STUFFED MUSHROOMS


Sauté:                     1/2 lb. sausage
                                1/4 c chopped onion

Remove from heat.

Add:                         8 oz cream cheese
                                1  tbs. Worcestershire sauce
                                1/4 tsp. garlic salt
                                drop of Tobasco

Clean:                      1 lb. large mushrooms
                                remove stems

Bake:                       350' F for 5-10 min.                                
on cookie sheet 
Pat dry. 
Fill.  
Bake 10-15 min. 
Filling is freezable.
